Because our work involves immediate value delivery and personal access, our refund terms are outlined below.
Digital Products
All digital products, including ebooks, templates, courses, and downloads, are final sale. Once purchased, digital items cannot be returned or refunded.
Coaching and Mentorship
Coaching sessions and mentorship programs are transformational experiences that involve time, preparation, and dedicated support. Therefore:
- Coaching sessions are nonrefundable once booked.
- Coaching packages and mentorship programs are nonrefundable once the first session or onboarding materials are delivered.
- If you need to reschedule a one-on-one session, you may do so with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Programs, Workshops, and Group Experiences
- All program enrollments are final.
- If you decide to discontinue participation, refunds are not offered.
- A transfer or credit may be considered on a case by case basis if communicated before the program start.
